Open days and guided tours

Open Days/Guided Walks are arranged around the Ewelme Watercress Beds Local Nature Reserve on the first Sunday each month. The guided walks start at 10:30 with a short film of the watercress industry filmed in the 1950's. We then offer a guided walk round the upper site which lasts about 45 minutes and is about 400m or 1/4 mile. We then return to the visitor centre for tea/coffee and there is then an option to visit the lower site, a walk of about 1200m which takes a similar time to the first part as there's less stopping and talking.

For the winter guided walks please arrive for the 10.30 start.
